AMAL EL FALLAH SEGHROUCHNI RECEIVES THE MEDITERRANEAN DEVELOPMENT AWARD 2026

In the presence of 2,000 participants from 75 countries – politicians, diplomats, academics, lecturers and students – the award ceremony for the “2026 MEDITERRANEAN DEVELOPMENT AWARD” was held, with the award presented to Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, Minister Delegate for Digital Transition and Administrative Reform of the Kingdom of Morocco.
The prestigious award was presented by Secretary-General Michele Capasso, the President of the UEMF in Fez, Prof. Mostapha Bousmina, and Prof. Abdelhak Azzouzi.
The Minister said she was “honoured to have received what is known as the Nobel Prize of the Mediterranean”, expressing her hope for collaborative relationships with the United States of the World on the subject of artificial intelligence.
