WOMEN RESEARCHERS OF VARIOUS COUNTRIES SUBMIT THE KIMIYYA POSTER

Women researchers of prestigious research institutes of various countries gathered at the Museum of Peace - MAMT have signed the "Kimiyya Manifesto" in defense of women's rights, emphasizing the importance of women in scientific research and their fundamental contribution to the well-being of the world .

THE WINNER OF THE "DO GOOD" AWARD AT THE MUSEUM OF PEACE FOR ... A PRIZE!

With an agreement between the Fondazione Mediterraneo and the "Orientamenti-APS" association it was agreed that the winner of the "Fare .. Bene" active citizenship award would be hosted at the Museum of Peace - MAMT during a significant event for citizenship and the quality of life.
The girl who won the 2019 Prize is called Arianna Ciarletta: she is 16 years old, she attends the III E class of the Linguistic High School of the Istituto Superiore Margherita Hack of Morlupo, and was reported by her schoolmates for her active and proven commitment in volunteering.
Accompanied by a teacher, the president and vice-president Alessandra Paradisi of the "Orientamenti-APS" association, Arianna participated in the events of 11 December 2019 and in the presentation of the "Il Natale della Ricerca" and "La Città del Dialogo" awards at the Peace Museum - MAMT.
On this occasion they visited the Museum expressing satisfaction for an extraordinary place

PRESENTATION OF THE "CITY OF DIALOGUE" AND "ARCHITECTURE AND CITY" AWARDS

The presentation conference of the International Prize "City of dialogue" - established by the Fondazione Mediterraneo - and of the National Prize "Architecture and city" - established by the Cenacle of culture and science - was held at the Museum of Peace - MAMT.
After the introductory speech by President Michele Capasso, prof. Massimo Pica Ciamarra illustrated the importance of the award in recognition of the production of works and initiatives for the quality of life

PRESIDENT CAPASSO RECEIVES THE CHRISTMAS RESEARCH AWARD

President Michele Capasso received the "Premio Natale della Ricerca" for his thirty-year commitment to dialogue and peace.
In the short thank-you speech, Capasso highlighted that the prize received is “the us Award”, as it is intended for all those, representing various Euro-Mediterranean countries, who have contributed and allowed the Fondazione Mediterraneo to play a leading role in the Euro-Mediterranean partnership

The recipients of the "Christmas Search" awards from all over Italy visited the Museum of Peace - MAMT expressing appreciation for a place called "an ethno-anthropological demo treasure to be preserved".

FORUM FOR PEACE: APPEAL FOR THE MUSEUM OF PEACE

A rich week of meetings ended in Abu Dhabi (7-10 December 2019), capital of the United Arab Emirates, where some of the most famous international networks of Muslim scholars gathered.
The initiative is organized by the World Council of Islamic Communities (World Muslim Communities Council WMCC), chaired by Ali Rashid Nuaimi (UAE).
The event ended with the ceremony of signing the Charter for a new alliance of virtues.
