The "Totem for Peace" is a trademark duly filed in accordance with the regulations. Therefore, any initiatives undertaken by third parties using that trademark or the word "Totem for Peace" in any context and for whatever purpose, it integrates to all intents and purposes the case of trademark infringement.
The "Totem of Peace", the work of the Turin sculptor Mario Molinari, is the symbol of the "United States of the World" and represents the Peace: it was chosen in 1997 by 3,000 representatives of 181 countries and since then the "United States of the World" with the "Fondazione Mediterraneo" are spreading this universal symbol by setting up the network of "Cities for Peace".
Thanks to the cooperation of all the citizens from Rutino, we are building the Totem for Peace: 16 metres high, besides the base, it will be the element of distinction for the whole town and for all those who “welcome Peace”.

Michele Capasso, President of the Fondazione Mediterraneo visited Positano after 30 years (he is among the authors of the Hotel San Pietro in Positano) and promoted the project of the Totem for Peace, by the sculptor artist Mario Molinari, to be implemented all over the world.
On the occasion of the starting of activities of the "Maison de la Paix - Casa Universale delle Culture" the work by the Turin sculptor Mario Molinari "Totem for Peace", symbol for the peace in the world, was inaugurated.
H.E. the Cardinal Crescenzio Sepe, Archibishop of Naples unveiled at the Theatre of San Carlo in Naples the “Totem for Peace”, which will be located in very meaningful places and that has already found its own stable location at the “Maison de la Paix”.
The President of Fondazione Mediterraneo Michele Capasso, in the wonderful “Huerto del Cura” in Elche, near Alicante, presented the programme of the “Totem for Peace” to journalists and representatives of the civil society coming from 43 Countries.
