The spirit of Don Bosco and the Salesians present in 132 countries of the world is renewed in the "Virtual Salesian Oratory" of the Museum of Peace - Mamt: a unique and fascinating experience through 12 emotional itineraries and a visit to the Chapel with the relic of the "Saint of Young People" At a difficult time in our history Don Bosco's message for young people and with young people is more relevant than ever and constitutes the antidote against all forms of radicalism and fundamentalism, helping young people to become "Producers of the future" and "Hunters of the positive". The virtual Salesian Oratory and the emotional paths "Don Bosco, Power of Love" are realized by the Fondazione Mediterraneo and the General Direction Opere Don Bosco in collaboration with the South Salesian Province and the Salesians from all over the world.

 

 

 

On the occasion of the Celebration of San Giovanni Bosco, took place, at the oratory of the Santa Maria Mazzarello Institute in Torre Annunziata, the inauguration of the work "Totem della Pace" by the Molinari sculptor. After the greetings of the director of the institute Suor Marianna,of the southern vice-director SuorCarlaandof the person in charge of the oratory Sister Angela, have participated the president of the Fondazione Mediterraneo Michele Capasso, the person in charge of the "Totem della Pace" project Pia Molinari, the mayor of Torre Annuziata Enzo Ascione and the priests Don Franco and Don Mario. In particular, President Capasso underlined the importance of the "Hands of Peace" reproduced by the boys and girls of the Oratory: a COMMITMENT to be builders of peace that since childhood must involve children so that they grow up with a totality of values ​​capable of countering the adversities and the evil of life.

On the occasion of the Feast of St. Giovanni Bosco, the inauguration of the "Totem of Peace" by Molinari sculptor, took place at the oratory of the Santa Maria Mazzarello Institute in Torre Annunziata.
After the greetings of the director of the institute Sister Marianna, the Southern Deputy Inspector Sister Carla and the head of the oratory Sister Angela, the President of the Fondazione Mediterraneo Michele Capasso, the head of the project "Totem of Peace" Pia Molinari, the Mayor of Torre Annuziata Enzo Ascione and the priests Don Franco and Don Mario were present.
In particular, President Capasso underlined the relations with Torre Annunziata Municipality since 2013 and the commitment made to realize the monumental work "Totem of Peace" and initiatives in favor of abandoned children.
The initiative is part of the wider action of solidarity and aid that the Fondazione Mediterraneo has undertaken for the Oratory of the Mazzarello Institute in Torre Annunziata.
On this occasion the boys and girls of the Oratory performed in the musical performance "Vulessetruvà pace".
On the panel where the work "Totem of Peace" is located are reproduced the shapes of the hands of the boys who assume the commitment to be "builders of peace".

A group of FMA Juniores Sisters, accompanied by Sister Anna Avenia, visited the Museum of Peace - MAMT and were entertained in prayer in the Chapel with the relics of St. Giovanni Bosco and of Santa Maria Domenica Mazzarello.

Il presidente Michele Capasso ha trascorso con gioia il Santo Natale con le FMA di Napoli-San Giovanni Bosco.
Accolto da Suor Rosaria, Suor Anna e da tutte le consorelle il presidente Capasso è stato portatore di un messaggio di augurio di Madre Yvonne Reungoat, Superiora generale dell’Istituto delle Figlie di Maria Ausiliatrice.

Grande affluenza di pubblico al “Mercatino della solidarietà per l’Oratorio Madre Mazzarello di Torre Annunziata.
Dopo un momento di preghiera comune nella Cappella con le reliquie di Don Bosco e Madre Mazzarello, un gruppo di docenti e suore FMA dell’Istituto di Napoli-Vomero hanno visitato il “Mercatino” auspicando che la generosità di molti possa consentire il ripristino del pavimento dell’Oratorio di Torre Annunziata.

In presence of general Superiora of the institute of Figlie di Maria Ausiliatrice (FMA), Mother Yvonne Reungoat, accompanied by the Inspector Suor Maria Rosaria Tagliaferri and proponents of Southern Province of FMA ( coming from southern Italy, Albania and Malta) took place the solemn ceremony of blessing room dedicated to Saint Maria Domenica Mazzarello, founder of FMA, at the Museum of Peace – MAMT.
Don Mario Maritano, SDB, preside over the ceremony of blessing.
Madre Yvonne said words of appreciation for Fondazione Mediterraneo and president Capasso for the room which completing the Salesian family, beside the presence of Don Bosco at the Museum of Peace. Here, indeed, will be usable video, testimonies and documents of the FMA’s institute, present in 93 countries of the world.

Mother Yvonne dedicated words of appreciation about Fondazione Mediterraneo and for its President Capasso for the uncommon dedication – with some mystic features- in favor of interreligious dialogue and peace.
Inside the Chapel dedicated to Don Bosco it’s now present a painting of Madre Mazzarello, Her relic and others objects.
A moment of deep spirituality with the nuns of FMA that, between songs and prayers, accompanied the ceremony.

The general Superiora of the institute of Figlie di Maria Ausiliatrice (FMA), Mother Yvonne Reungoat, accompanied by the Inspector Suor Maria Rosaria Tagliaferri and proponents of Southern Province of FMA ( coming from southern Italy, Albania and Malta) visited the Museum of Peace – MAMT, welcomed by the president Michele Capasso together with the manager Maria Pia Balducci Molinari.
Mother  Yvonne expressed astonishment and appreciation for a “ unique location which did not imagine the dimentions and the world’s level meaning”
The tour to dedicate sections “ Molinari, sculptor of colors”, “ Voices of Migrant”, “ Mother Teresa di Calcutta”, “ Don Diana”, “Raffaele Capasso” have been especially touching and also the section dedicated to the arabs artists women “ Tearing up the veils”.
A lot of a emotions inside the Mosque, inside the Synagogue and in the rooms dedicated to San Giovanni Paolo ll and San Pio from Petralcina.
