Iniziative (EN) - Totem for Peace

During a meeting between the Mayor of Sarajevo Predrag Puharić with the Secretary-General of the United States of the World Michele Capasso and Pia Molinari - head of the "Totem for Peace in the World" programme - it was decided to create a monumental work by sculptor Mario Molinari (entirely similar to the one in “corten” material that houses the Shrine dedicated to Pope Francis and inaugurated on 7 June 2025) to be dedicated to the Mothers victims of wars in the world, starting with the Mothers of Srebrenica.
The proposal will be formalised on 16 October at an international meeting in Sarajevo.
