"In Naples, the Shrine that we will dedicate tomorrow to PAPA FRANCIS with the relics of migrants who died at sea, victims of wars, starving children in the world, and "City-Martyrs", will be a great international event that will put Naples at the centre of the World". This is how Michele Capasso, Secretary General of the United States of the World, announced the event on Saturday 7 June in Naples.
On this occasion, he presented touching relics from some martyred cities: Gaza, Sajevo, Srebrenica and Gernika.
The Prefect of Naples, Michele di Bari, then presented the emotional journey of the Museum of Peace, “Francis, The Pope of All Nations”, stating: "It will be a tribute to a Giant and in the certainty that today, Pope Leo XIV, will be in the wake of this great challenge".
UN Secretary General Miguel Angel Moratinos presented the UN Programme - UNAOC and SUM: “Call for Peace, Against War, for Respect for International Law”.
