Among those present were the President Capasso with a delegation of environmentalists. he recalled the figure of Don Giuseppe Diana, to whose memory, the Mediterranean Foundation has awarded the "Mediterranean award for Legality 2014".

During an event held in Benevento at the headquarters of Futuridea, President Carmine Nardone - a member of the executive committee of RIDE - presented the account of its activities and the future program Futuridea Association, as a member of the RIDE and partner of the Fondazione Mediterraneo .
The President Capasso has expressed satisfaction with the quality of scientific activities and for those in program, formulating, on behalf of the RIDE, the best wishes to President Nardone.

The “Totem of Peace” by Molinari – under costruction in Procida - will be dedicated, as agreed in 2013, to "INNOCENT VICTIMS MIGRANTS IN THE MEDITERRANEAN". So it will be joined to the "Totem of Peace at the MFA" (dedicated to the fallen Italians in Afghanistan), the "Totem of Peace in Pescasseroli" (dedicated to the Alpine fallen in all the wars) and one under construction in Ramallah (dedicated to the innocent victims of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict).
